Position Summary:

Alignment Healthcare is recruiting for a  Communications Sr. Project Manager. This position will oversee the development and execution of all external facing communications, enhancing the way we engage members and other stakeholders and increasing communication tactics' efficacy. This individual will be an integral member of the Marketing and Corporate Communications teams, supporting multiple-member communications projects. 

 

The  Communications Sr. Project Manager will oversee all marketing communications activities, including managing and improving and developing communications, copy, communication workflows, within company and conjunction with various external vendors. This role includes developing a processes and systems that can plan, calendar, and track member communications progress via multiple communications channels, including SMS, Email, IVR, Print, and virtual events. Tasks focus on the day-to-day creation, management, administration, and development of external member communications.

 

General Duties/Responsibilities (May include but are not limited to):

·       Develop and maintain marketing communications copy, traffic calendar, weekly reporting on the overall tactical execution, and progress on all external member communications' status and progress. This includes working closely with the marketing partners to draft brand compliant messaging.

·       Manages the creative intake process, creates project timelines, monitors project lifecycle from start to finish

·       Provide communications support on all marketing communications projects, including storyline/campaign development, editing content. Ensure all messaging aligns with the appropriate brand

·       Develop and track metrics against all communication channels including assess efficiency and effectiveness of communications

·       Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives

·       Assess existing communication channels and identify areas of opportunity to enhance engagement

·       Develop, share and implement communications process guidelines be adopted by the whole Alignment Team

·       Knowledge of creative development processes, writing, design, brand management, etc.

·       Prioritization and execution of tactical tasks and deliverables

·       Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of member communications projects

·       Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and budget

·       Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical and budget feasibility

·       Ensure resource availability and allocation for all communications

·       Develop a detailed project plan to monitor, calendar and track progress

·       Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

1.       Minimum Experience:

a.       Experience in the field of consumer communications

b.       Experience with operational communication processes

c.       Proven working experience in project management

2.       Education/Licensure:

a.       Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications or Marketing preferred.

3.       Other:

    1. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
    2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    3. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
    4. Mastery of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and SalesForce's Marketing Cloud a plus)
