Position Summary: 

Looking for an enthusiastic Onsite Center Member advocate who will be responsible for generating leads to meet and exceed individual sales production of new enrollments and help retaining existing members within company health plan(s).The ideal candidate must be friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in the needs of our prospects/members to proactively address various customer related needs. Also, demonstrate leadership qualities to oversee the store location, member interactions, and outreach activities, assisting the Arizona Team to meet sales and STAR Goals.

 

General Duties/Responsibilities (May include but are not limited to): 

  • Help ensure all customers (walk-in, telephonic or electronic) are warmly greeted, their needs are assessed quickly, and they are referred to the appropriate setting, person, information, or tools to address their needs.
  • Develop and execute tactical marketing plans to generate traffic, support membership, and create positive brand awareness within specific budget
  • Work closely with marketing and local leadership to promote the company brand, build customer relationships and loyalty and support achievement of business objectives in the region.
  • Manage operations of the Retail Center to meet or exceed performance goals related to sales, service, care/wellness support, traffic, customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and distribute reports on retail center performance
  • Ensure appropriate retail center procedures and processes are followed, tools are available and store appearance reflects Arizona standards (including contact/lead or care support tracking and follow up for all customers who come into the retail center)
  • Manage member and non-member escalations
  • Co-Manage executing health fairs and other center events
  • Create a work environment that supports and encourages creativity, customer commitment, teamwork, enthusiasm, and personal growth for the team
  • Handle inside/in-bound telephone inquiries from prospective members, providers, and other community partners seeking information regarding all lines of business
  • Conduct outbound calls relevant to enrollment/disenrollment campaigns, requests for information from community events, provider offices, after-hour messages, and website inquiries
  • Ensure that information and assistance provided is within the standards established by all applicable federal/stat laws and regulations and Alignment Health Plan’s Compliance Department
  • Must be a team player, share best practices, and attend staff meetings and sales trainings when required
  • Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, and communicate with suppliers on inventory and deliveries
  • Maintain a schedule of community health doc talk, sales meetings, and member events
  • Responsible for store maintenance
  • Help with coordinating travel and expenses for the Market President and Regional Medical Officer
  • Responsible for providing materials and promotional items to brokers and members
  • Develop strategies to promote the store within the community to assist the team with targeted sales goals
  • Assist in snail mail campaigns
  • Assist in general STAR-Related activities, including the coordination of health fairs at location
  • Create ad hoc reports as needed
  • Other duties may be assigned
